A little bit about me…
Born in Wisconsin but now call Texas home, where I’m a busy mom of two and a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner. My passion for perinatal mental health stems from both personal and professional experiences. As an AuDHD mom, I understand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and raising a family. These transformative moments can bring incredible growth but also unique mental health challenges.
Supporting individuals and their families during life’s pivotal moments—whether navigating the reproductive journey or the unique demands of the entertainment industry—is deeply meaningful to me. It’s a privilege to help clients find balance, reconnect with themselves, and strengthen their family bonds. My work is rooted in a compassionate, family-centered approach to mental health care, where each person feels truly seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Philosophy
My philosophy centers on providing integrative, collaborative, and upstream psychiatric care that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe mental health care should be proactive, emphasizing prevention and early intervention to foster lasting well-being. Supporting parents is one of the most impactful ways to achieve this, empowering them to show up with greater intention and resilience, creating a stronger foundation for future generations.
By integrating evidence-based psychiatric treatments with holistic approaches, such as lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and mindfulness, I aim to create personalized care plans that empower clients to achieve balance and resilience.
Collaboration is at the heart of my practice, whether working closely with clients, their families, or other healthcare providers, to ensure care is comprehensive and connected. My goal is to support individuals in understanding the root causes of their challenges, equipping them with the tools to heal and thrive in every aspect of life.
